CHARITY boxes in Kington have been disappearing during the last few weeks.
Kathleen Stanley of Kington Pet Supplies was targeted when her charity box was stolen last Tuesday morning. It had about £25 in to provide pocket money for three children who visit Kington from Chernobyl once a year for a holiday. The theft is one of several boxes taken from various shops in the town and Mrs Stanley hopes someone will return the cash.
