ADJUSTMENTS have been made to plans for a skateboard ramp at Bromyard's York Road playing fields after a public meeting was held at the Youth Centre last week.
Members of the Ramp and Rail committee gave a presentation about the plans after which the 50 people present had a chance to ask questions and air points of view.
As a result, the single floodlight designed to illuminate the ramp was moved and more planting was agreed to help dampen noise.
Committee member Pearl Briggs said: "A report and the amended plans in support of the skateboard park is in the process of being submitted to Herefordshire Council's northern planning committee by Ramp and Rail who will now await the outcome."
On Monday Bromyard town councillors agreed to pass on their comments of support to Herefordshire Council, which will be dealing with the planning application at a meeting on April 10.
