A DANGEROUS wild animal called Leggy Sue has turned a new feather and laid five giant green eggs at her county farm park.
No one thought the nine-year-old emu, who lives at Newbridge Farm Park under a special licence, would turn clucky.
But one day her keeper, Diana Gardner, discovered the striking clutch of eggs, each as big as her hand and weighing one and a half pounds, lying in a nest of hay.
"Right now she's next to a goat called Tiger. We think she might be very happy with her and has come into lay," said Diana.
She added: " We don't know what to do with the eggs. We might just have a big scramble."
The farm park near Ledbury has just reopened. Leggy Sue and her Easter eggs will be the star attraction.
