Bicester Town 3 Pegasus Juniors 1
A BELOW-par Pegasus crashed to defeat against relegation-threatened Bicester in the Premier Division of the Cherry Red Records Hellenic League.
The Herefordshire club produced an inept display and they were undone by winger Marcus McGilly-guddy who had a hand in each of the home team's goals.
Pegasus fell behind in the 21st minute when Paul Darch headed in a cross from McGillyguddy, and the home side doubled their advantage shortly afterwards.
Pegasus eventually got back into the game five minutes after the interval when Paul Mallender reduced the deficit from the penalty spot.
But Pegasus' fate was sealed after McGillyguddy seized upon a mistake by Ian Bassett and then calmly placed the ball past visiting goalkeeper Matt Taylor.
