A DEPLETED Ledbury Town side were defeated 4-0 at Shawbury on Saturday in this Express & Star Premier Division game.

With five regular players missing, including leading scorer, 39-goal Robbie Colwell, Ledbury were no match for the home side, who opened the scoring with a penalty and were leading 3-0 at half-time.
Ledbury improved a little in the second half but Shawbury struck again just before full time.
On target for the home side with two goals each were Steve Giles and Andy Oakley.
Ledbury Town have two away league games over the Easter weekend, tomorrow (Saturday) they visit Ettingshall HT (2.45) and on Easter Monday they visit Lye Town.
