MADAM, Herefordshire Council deserves to sink to the bottom of a pool of chlorinated water! What are they spending our taxes on? For three years they have known it needed replacing.
They don't appear to have any serious contingency plan. There was no notice to staff or swimmers, no explanation and no advice on how to redeem your unused subscription. Hundreds of young, old and handicapped will suffer.
Can we beat the bulldozers? £m repair bill to patch it up for three years while they get their brain plan in order doesn't sound too much.
