OLDER people in the Leominster area will be able to seek advice on pensions and benefits at coffee mornings at Age Concern, West Street.

Age Concern Leominster is launching regular free weekly coffee mornings. It has teamed up with the pension Service to stage advice sessions on two dates - tomorrow, February 7 and on February 21.

The Pension Service is also holding a special event at West Street on February 26 to offer confidential advice.

Spokeswoman Sue Wilce said pensions staff were delighted to work with Age Concern Leominster. Many queries could be dealt with by post or telephone but some older people preferred face-to-face advice.
