Hereford-based writer, James Clarke has a new book on the shelves this month titled 'Ridley Scott', published by Virgin Books.
"Hopefully, the book will make it under the Christmas tree for at least a few film fans," said James.
"The aim of the book is to pull together a career overview of Ridley Scott's movies. Everything's in this one guide, from Blade Runner to Black Hawk Down."
James has previously written guides to the films of Steven Spielberg and George Lucas.
"The difference between this new book and my previous books is really just one of scale. I have had space to get into the detail of Scott's movies, covering their storylines ... and the way they work as movies," James explained.
The book is priced £16.99 and is available from all good book shops.
