PROPOSALS to link Ross Town Council and Ross Rural Council are being examined.
For the amalgamation to take place, Herefordshire Council would need to make an application to the government.
However, before this is done, letters will be sent to residents and a public meeting may be organised to gauge public opinion on the issue.
