ADAM, I am writing to complain about street cleaning taking place outside my house on a Monday morning.
The cleaning vehicle is an extremely noisy piece of apparatus, so quite why anyone felt it was necessary to use it in a quiet cul-de-sac housing area at 7am, is beyond me.
Apart from the noise and the orange light flashing in the bedroom windows, would it not be better to clean these relatively traffic-free areas during the day when the majority of the parked cars will be away from home and therefore the streets will be clear to clean?
