AN old milk parlour and cattle shed in Much Cowarne can be converted into one detached and two semi-detached houses.
Approval was granted to Mrs J Keenan by Herefordshire Council to convert buildings adjacent to Pauncefort Court last week.
Because planning permission to transform the traditional agricultural buildings was refused last year, to satisfy the planners Mrs Keenan had to prove the building's structural soundness, and ensure plans respected the existing architectural features.
