MADAM, What other business can increase prices every year, provide no better services, and get away with it?
I think the time has come to say No!
Herefordshire Council - go back to the drawing board, do your sums again and come up with a reasonable demand. It takes no ability to increase prices, but great ability to reduce them. Do we have anyone on the council with great ability?
