MADAM, I totally agree with Suzanne Choppen on litter (February 13), but why don't we instigate our own 'Keep Herefordshire Tidy' campaign?
1.Stop dropping litter from cars, on to pavements etc.
2. Organise ourselves to collectively pick it up.
3. Lobby the councils to spot fine those found dropping litter.
4. Get our school children to make posters against litter dropping.
5. Then have a showcase county to be proud of.
Don't rely on refuse collectors to discard our rubbish, do it ourselves!
