Around 100 people in Ledbury took part in the Rotary Club's Mobilise a Million walk.
The trek around the town trail was part of a national drive to raise money for the global eradication of polio.
A total of £350 was raised in Ledbury, which will be matched with money from the World Health Organisation and the Bill Gates Foundation.
Ledbury Rotary Club president Neil Brambell said that proceeds could pay for 5,000 doses of the polio vaccine.
He added: "I would like to thank all the walkers and others who contributed to the success of the afternoon."
