A new community theatre group will perform for the first time at the Ledbury English Festival in April.
Five new short plays, mostly based on the history of Ledbury, have been written by company founder and director, Elisabeth Galvin, to be performed in the street.
But firstly the actors need to be found and open auditions will be held on Sunday from 2pm to 6pm at the Market House.
As The New Ledbury Players will be a fairly small company, only three male actors and one female actor will be required.
The youngest male actor should be aged between 18 and 30, and the other two should be over 30. The female player will be someone aged between 18 and 30. For further details, ring 01531 634229.
