AN appeal hearing is being held against the refusal of planning permission for an extension to a house near Bromyard.
Herefordshire Council refused to allow Mr and Mrs F Barber to add a first-floor extension to the Cider House, Linley Green, Whitbourne.
The council said the extension would harm the character of the original cottage and harm the visual amenities of the Area of Great Landscape Value.
A Government inspector will hear the appeal at Hereford's Shirehall on Wednesday, March 26 at 10am.
