A YOUNG Hereford woman said to be making good progress in a prison sentence she is serving for robbery won't spend any extra time behind bars for burglary.
Rachel Mooney admitted breaking into a house in Underhill Road, Hereford, last September.
Hereford Crown Court heard how Mooney, 20, of Brockington Drive, Hereford, was already serving 30 months for robbery, a sentence passed at Worcester Crown Court about a month after the burglary occurred.
In mitigation, Mooney was said to be making good progress in that sentence. Mr Recorder Cliff made Mooney's 12-month sentence for burglary concurrent with the 30 months, meaning she will not serve any extra prison time.
