A Hereford shop manager will have her head in the clouds in the name of charity as she attempts to abseil down Eastnor castle on May 18.
Sarah Cook who is the centre manager at Prontaprint will descend the 130ft down the castle to raise cash for the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB).
Sarah was originally volunteered for the challenge by her boss because she used to do a lot of charity work when she was younger.
"It is a personal achievement myself because I have never done anything like this before but it is also to raise money for charity," said 28-year-old Sarah.
Describing herself as 'not too good with heights' Sarah has also received support and sponsorship from two Hereford businesses - The factory and Team Bio-Hazard.
"Believe you me, for the past six weeks I have been looking at very tall buildings!" she added.
