Ewyas Harold 1 Pegasus 1 aet (Pegasus win 4-3 on pens)
PEGASUS prevailed from the penalty spot after a tight final at Edgar Street to lift the Hereford Times HFL Strongbow Senior Cup for the first time.
After a fairly even opening half, Pegasus broke the deadlock from the penalty spot in the 70th minute following Simon Macklin's mistimed challenge on James Edmonds.
Pegasus player-manager Phil Beavan slotted in the spot-kick and it looked like being the winning strike until Harold drew level with just nine minutes of normal time remaining when Steve Radziejowski collected a long ball and chipped the goalkeeper.
Extra time failed to separate the teams in a final dominated by defences and then successful penalty attempts from Darren Jones, Gavin Stone, Matt Llewellyn and Lee Stevens gave Pegasus the trophy.
