A COLWALL school is to start catering for three-month-old children following the success of its new nursery.
The Downs School opened Brockwood Nursery this term for children aged two-and-half to four.
It has three classrooms, a dedicated "wet area", rest room and two outdoor play areas. Children also have access to the music school, computers and an outdoor swimming pool.
"We've got a lot of demand for places," said headteacher Alastair Ramsay. "We're full in most sessions now, which has taken us a bit by surprise.
"As a result of the success, and due to high parental demand, we've decided to convert the first floor into a day nursery for younger children."
The new nursery will open at the beginning of June. For further details, ring 01684 540277.
