FOURTEEN members of Hereford Fly Fishing Club braved blustery conditions at Gailey Fishery, near Cannok, on Sunday for their third and most challenging match of the season.
Only three managed a full bag of six fish and a total of 36 were bagged in all. Winner Ian Peberdy caught his limit quickly before conditions worsened.
Results: Ian Peberdy 9 lbs 5 ozs, 2 Peter Norman 8-9, 3 Eric Griffiths 8-7. Heaviest fish: 2-8 Geoff Franks.
