CARING youngsters have been selling sunflower seeds to raise funds for various projects involving Baptist Missionary Society scheme, God's Garden.
Children at Hereford Baptist Church's 'Impact Club' sold the seeds to the congregation to help educate other youngsters about world mission, as well as taking the gospel and practical help where it is needed.
Thanks to events such as this, many Brazilian children now have a chance of a good education. The Baptist Missionary Society has also distributed aid in Bosnia where nearly half the children live below the poverty line.
Members of 'The Impact Club', who are aged between seven and 11, have organised a competition - with a prize for the person who can grow the tallest sunflower.
For further detail on the Impact Club call the church office on 01432 352209.
