I totally agree with MEP Phillip Bushill-Matthews' letter in the May 15 edition of The Hereford Times.
Regional Government will take power further and further away from the ordinary person.
Parish Councils are being more and more marginalised and even attempts to put people off standing are being produced.
We must fight this continuing erosion of all our rights.
Last night on 'Have I got News for You', my heart sank as we were told the new European Constitution will outlaw people who do not agree with the EU and speak out.
How can this be happening in our country?
I would have thought the Court of Human Rights could not allow this to happen. What a perverse world we live in.
