I fell on Friday April 11 and cracked a vertebrae in or near my sacrum (hip).
I spent April 11 to 18 in hospital where wonderful care and consideration were shown me by doctors, nurses and other workers.
I came out of hospital on April 18 into the care of Rapid Response Team nurses who are wonderful, I love them all!
RRT cares for everyone when they leave hospital until the patient can cope with help from carers. RRT is free.
The hospital should tell patients about RRT; those without family near are very worried.
