A HANDBAG snatcher duped his victim into supplying her bank pin number by claiming to be a policeman.
The thief telephoned the elderly woman claiming to be leading police enquiries after he snatched her handbag in a shop in Broad Street, Bromyard, last Thursday afternoon.
Following questioning, she supplied the trickster with her card pin number and he then removed cash from her account.
