LEDBURY darts star Terry Jenkins reached the quarter-finals of the recent Vauxhall Pro-Classic 128 championship in Great Yarmouth.
He was then eliminated by the world champion John Part, who went on to be beaten in the final by Wayne Mardle.
The following Budweiser UK Open Southern Regional Final in Dagenham did not bring the same level of success when Jenkins was eliminated by Dennis Smith at the last 64 stage. Ironically, Smith went on to lose to Part who was himself beaten by tournament winner Phil 'The Power' Taylor.
