A 32-year-old Ross man will appear before Gloucester magistrates on Monday charged with causing the death of a Newent women by dangerous driving.
Amanda Hyett, aged 37, of Foley Road, died when her Toyota MR2 car was involved in collision with another vehicle on October 20. The accident happened on the B4221, near Kilcot, as Mrs Hyett was driving to work at the Beefeater restaurant at Ross.
Around 400 mourners attended her funeral at St Mary's Church, Newent, on October 30.
