Ten youngsters are being sought to join Ledbury Youth Needs Xpressed Group (LYNX).
Supported by Ledbury Youth First, the group act as a mouthpiece for young people in the area.
Ledbury Youth First spokesman Susan Crumpler said they were looking for people aged 13 to 18, who would attend a residential weekend in January at a Taste for Adventure Centre.
The LYNX group will meet every Tuesday to discuss issues important to youngsters. A visit the House of Commons and London Eye is also planned.
