BIG crowds are expected in Leominster on Saturday for the town's top festive season event, the popular Victorian Street Market. More than 40 stallholders dressed in Victorian costume will be selling seasonal fare in Broad Street. WWOP, the Leominster swimming pool fundraisers, are taking two stalls and they hope to bag a bumper sum for the town's new pool. Attractions include horse and carriage rides, Knighton Brass Band, Leominster Schools Choir and Leominster Morris Men.
Leominster Farmers' Market will also be in full swing at Corn Square. A temporary road closure order at Broad Street comes into force on Friday evening.
