FOUR members from the Bank Crescent-based Ledbury Bowling Club dominated the finals at the Herefordshire County Bowling Championships held at Leominster earlier in the year by winning three out of the four finals.
In a year to remember, they then went on to represent their county at the National Championships played at Worthing.
The singles winner was Marcus Smith, Rob Jaynes and Brian Read won the pairs and Marcus Smith, Brian Read and Ian Maddox then won the triples.
Ledbury BC captain Rodney Gill said it is not something that happens frequently. The last time the club achieved a similar success was over 20 years ago.
Mr Gill said: "It was a magnificent achievement and the club is very proud of all of them."
