Police have launched a fresh appeal for witnesses as inquiries continue into the death of Emma Hole in an accident on the A417 near Parkway.
Miss Hole, from Hartpury, was driving a blue Citroen Saxo in the Gloucester direction at around 5.40pm on Saturday, December 6.
It was involved in a collision with a blue Renault Clio, heading in the opposite direction, towards Parkway.
Miss Hole was pronounced dead at the scene.
An inquest into her death was opened and adjourned on December 9.
PC Chris Fry of Hereford Station said: "Police appealed for witnesses at the time but the circumstances that led to the collision were still unclear.
"Because of this, we are re-appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision, or who was travelling the A417 between Ledbury and Gloucester and saw either vehicle to come forward."
PC Fry can be contacted on 08457 444888.
