Ledbury Young Farmers, and the not so young, will celebrate the group's 60th anniversary with a marquee dance on July 3.
Details are still to be ann-ounced, but the venue is likely to be a farm at Storridge with live music, dancing and food.
The current chairman, Lind-sey Treherne, is hoping that at least 400 people, including past and present members, will buy tickets for the event.
It will be a ticket-only party and anyone wishing to book their places should phone 01531 670 316.
