Ledbury in Bloom supporters will be working hard this winter, tidying up shrub borders and flowerbeds around town in preparation for the spring planting.
On Saturday, the entrance to St Katherine's car park received an early spring clean, with four helpers braving the cold to pick up litter and carry out other improvements.
Ledbury in Bloom chairman Sue Holland appealed for more volunteers: "This is not a difficult task and, with a number of people working together, it doesn't take long. So, to help out with this very necessary work, we would be pleased to hear from you."
