50th B & B in scheme
Herefordshire Nature Trust is celebrating the success of its Growing Green Tourism scheme as its 50th Bed and Breakfast joins the scheme.
Appropriately named Nature's Choice Guest House and Restaurant, Ross-on-Wye, is the latest B&B to join the Growing Green Tourism scheme in the county.
B&Bs operators interested in learning more can contact Caroline Langham on 01432 356872. A list of 'green' B&Bs can also be sent out on request.
Welsh exporter of year
Radnor Hills Mineral Water has been named Food from Britain's Welsh Exporter
of the Year at the 2004 Food from Britain Export Awards.
Radnor Hills fought off stiff competition to win the award, sponsored by the Welsh Development Agency, at the presentation ceremony held at London's Hotel Intercontinental, on December 15.
