A Ledbury woman, helped to become a mother by Midland Fertility Services, has become the clinic's first full-time marketing manager.
Jill Anthony-Ackery, 38, who lives on the New Mills estate, has called her appointment, a dream job.
She added: "After the birth of our daughter, I couldn't recommend MFS highly enough and friends have since had babies as a result of treatment at the clinic."
Mrs Anthony-Ackery and her husband, Gwyn, became parents in August 2002, after two full IVF cycles at the clinic, which is based at Aldridge and Wolverhampton.
She comes to MFS with 14 years of PR consultancy experience behind her.
Dr Gillian Lockwood, the clinic's medical director, said: "Jill's personal experience of fertility treatment and her extensive communications and marketing knowledge is a valuable contribution."
The clinic was established in 1987 and last year celebrated registration of its 11,000 patient and the birth of the 3,000th baby.
