the theme of spring's Kempley daffodil weekend has been set and an appeal for help has been launched.
The theme for the display at St Edward's Church will be local interests and hobbies. Organiser Marjorie Jarvis is also seeking photos and accounts of Kempley's daffodil culture to put on show.
Suitable items could be photographs of the daffodils over the years in and around Kempley and press cuttings or other articles.
Any older residents who would be prepared to record their memories of the daffodil pickers who used to come in large numbers to Kempley, can contact her on 01989 720698.
