THE Leominster Lions Club Christmas draw took place at the Leominster Community Hospital. Caroline Gallen, Team Leader Physiotherapy for Leominster and Kington drew the following winning tickets. First prize No 0631 - Much Birch; Second prize No 0099; Ashford Bowdler; further prize winners No 0641 - Clingo Road, Leominster; No 0423 - Godiva Road, Leominster; No 1223 - The Mallards, Leominster; No 0262 - Aulden. Draw proceeds which exceed £1,000 are being used to acquire much needed additional equipment for the Physiotherapy Department at the Leominster Community Hospital. The winner of the Where's Rudolph competition run by the Lions at the Victorian street fayre comes from Docklow and receives two bottles of wine and a cuddly Rudolph toy. Lions Club President Tony Roberts has thanked the people of Leominster for supporting Leominster Lions Club activities during 2004 and wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
