Ballroom Dancing Classes - Following the successful introductory evening held just before Christmas, regular dance classes will commence on Thursday, January 13, in the village hall from 8 pm to 10 pm.
Quiz Night - A quiz will be held on Friday, January 14, in the village hall. Start time is 8pm prompt and teams of up to four people can play at £5 per team.
Annual Meeting - The Village Hall annual meeting will be held on Friday, January 28, at 7.30pm. Nominations for committee members should be made to the secretary, Mrs Ruth Scamp, telephone 01568 709031 Members of the public are welcome to attend and let the committee know what events they would like to see being held in the hall.
WOMEN'S INSTITUTE - The Christmas meal at The Talbot at Newnham Bridge was great success and enjoyed by all attending. The January meeting next Tuesday will be the annual New Year supper.
