Ledbury parish officer Leatte Clarke has carried out a study into the standard of parking in Mabel's Furlong.
She has praised the conduct of parents dropping off and collecting children from John Masefield High School, after concerns were raised about the use of the road.
She said: "During the times I have been at the school, I have not witnessed parents driving irrationally or at speed.
"Most days I have noted that five to six cars have been parked along Mabel's Furlong, with parents waiting in their cars for their children.
"Most problems with parents picking up their children occur on rainy days, when considerably more parents do this.
"There is still space for residents to park and no major disruption is caused."
