Shortwood Family Farm, in Pencombe, served up a hearty breakfast to raise funds for Hereford Hospital.
It was one of dozens of farms in Herefordshire taking part in the recent Farmhouse Breakfast Week.
The event, organised by the NFU and Herefordshire Rural Hub, raised around £4,300 for an ultrasound scanner at the hospital.
Shortwood Farm's owners, the Legge family, cooked up around 50 breakfasts at £5 a head and won a hamper of local food for serving a breakfast using the most local produce.
"We have our own pigs and eggs here so food didn't have to travel far," said Janet Legge.
The farm re-opens to the public on Saturday, March 19.
