POTTING Shed M kept their Z team club-mates waiting to be confirmed as Hereford Snooker League champions when they maintained the pressure with a fine 5-0 win against bottom club Q Tips.
A 32 break from M Mortlock and a 31 from Ross Hood were the best performances in the match.
The Z's won at Police A and now need just one point from their last two matches to win the title.
The Reds maintained an interest in second spot by defeating club-mates WTC when Carl Williams won the decider.
Miller Boys earned the bragging rights at the Military Club in defeating their B team, John Juckes, with a 38 break, and Colin Gladwyn, with runs of 44 and 33, easing them to victory. Tony Supple saved the whitewash.
Conmen's good run continued with an impressive win at Legionaires, Micky Dunn winning the vital third frame to take them into a 3-0 lead.
