A MISSING teenager from Leintwardine has been found safe and well nearly six weeks after disappearing.
Sarah Dunn, aged 14, was found by police officers last night in Leicester.
A man has been arrested and is currently on police bail.
Sarah, who went missing during a trip to Bridgnorth on September 28, is now back in the care of social services.
Superintendent Kevin Purcell said: “This has been a significant investigation and officers from West Mercia Police have worked closely with colleagues from Dudley Social Services to locate Sarah.
“Officers from a number of forces have also assisted in the investigation, in particular officers from West Midlands and Leicestershire Police.
“The protection of vulnerable people is a top priority for West Mercia Police.
“We are pleased to have found Sarah safely and are grateful for all the assistance provided to this investigation by the media and members of the public.”
