IE Developments have very recently won a prestigious and rare NHBC "Pride in the Job" award for their development at The Point on the top of Aylestone Hill. They have been NHBC registered (A1 rated) for 25 years, and also won a "Pride in the Job Award" for their 'Barton West' project in 2004.

The company has built over 200 homes throughout Herefordshire and Worcestershire during its 25- year history and is now proud to release the final phase of its successful development at "The Point" on Aylestone Hill. This final release includes the last remaining and very highly specified apartment and the only two freehold townhouses on the development finished to an incredible specification and standard.

Both Directors were educated at Hereford Cathedral School and have an affinity for the area, having great pride in being able to build quality homes in their hometown. Their belief and pride in their work is infectious, and continual improvement is always their aim. Working closely with their specialist sub-contractors and suppliers has seen them form a winning team and achieve Investors in People for the third time.
