THE Hereford Times has launched a major road safety campaign and we want you, our readers, to become involved.
In the course of the campaign we will encourage better driving and look at how we can all become safer on our roads.
Our campaign is backed by MPs Paul Keetch and Bill Wiggin.
Bill Wiggin, MP for Leominster, said: "I am really behind this. If we can save one life anything we do will have been worth it.
"People will always blame speed and that will always be a factor but there are so many other things we can do."
Paul Keetch, MP for Hereford, said: "I fully endorse this campaign to improve road safety on the roads of Herefordshire.
"It's sad that too often the Hereford Times has had to report fatalities on our roads, especially of so many young people."
