JUDGES from the Heart of England in Bloom enjoyed a tour of Leominster when they visited the town last week.
Volunteers welcomed judges Jennifer Wharton and Mark Wiltshire and showed them the planting that has taken place.
Those who helped highlight some of the efforts of the community to brighten up the town were the Mayor of Leominster, Councillor Roger Pendleton, chairman of Leominster in Bloom, Mike Thornhill, and Anne Smithells from the Grangers organisation.
Their tour included a trip to the gardens at Grange Court and the Pavillion on the Grange.
The visit ended with a lunch at 11 Corn Square. The results will be announced later in the year.
