The Ponthendre site in Longtown
THE Garway Heritage Group welcomes an archaeologist at its next meeting to talk about why there seemed to be two castles in Longtown.
Tim Hoverd will be talking about the excavation last summer at the village's two castles, one lesser known than the other.
The talk is on Tuesday, February 21 at 7.30 pm in Garway Village Hall. All welcome.
