AN ethical atheist will talk about his belief that philosophy can help overcome a world of cynicism, opportunism and anxiety.
William Large, course leader in Religion, Philosophy and Ethics at the University of Gloucestershire, will be sharing his views at the next Herefordshire Humanists meeting on February 23 at 7pm in the Kindle Centre, Hereford.
He has taught philosophy in many different universities and is a reader in continental philosophy.
