A MAN has been talked down from the roof of a building in Hereford city centre.
Police were called to Broad Street at 8.45am this morning after calls regarding 'the safety of a man' on the top of a building.
Broad Street, East Street and West Street were all closed while police, ambulance and a rapid response vehicle also attended and cordons were put in place.
Police negotiators have now talked the man down from the building and the road is believed to have reopened.
