EVEN though Easter falls early this year, Brightwells report a successful show and sale of spring lambs at Hay Market on March 17.
Judging was kindly carried out by Matt Johnston and Tom Bound of Small Farms Butchers and sponsored by Fuel 4 Wales.
Awards as follows:-
1st John Lloyd, Pistyll 38kg £94.50 (purchased by Small Farms).
2nd Fred Williams, Tyallt 38 ½ kg £93.00 (purchased by Small Farms).
3rd John Lloyd, Pistyll 36kg £85.00 (purchased by Gibbons Butchers).
