THE planning application for the Southern Link Road will be considered on November 23.
The controversial plans propose a road from the A49 roundabout (linked with the Rotherwas access road) across to the A465 Abergavenny Road, with a link to the B4349 Clehonger road.
An additional meeting of the Herefordshire Council planning committee will be held on Monday, November 23 at 2pm, and will be preceded by site visit in the morning.
